Abstract

Overview of AI-Native Entrepreneurship, Symbiotic Accord System, and the Expertise-as-a-Service economy

This monograph introduces AI-Native Entrepreneurship (AINE) as a transformative paradigm designed to address persistent challenges in International Venture Creation (IVC), notably in resource mobilization, cognitive limitations for cross-cultural sensemaking, and complexities in delegation. The research proposes the Symbiotic Accord System (SAS) as a novel abstract framework for sustainable Human-AI value co-creation, which underpins the conceptualization of an Expertise-as-a-Service (EaaS) economy.

Central Argument

The central argument posits that AINE, actualized through SAS-derived applications, offers a robust solution to the identified IVC barriers. The research culminates in the design of the ESX (Expertise-as-a-Service Exchange), an AI-driven Platform Digital Business Model (PDBM) and a specific instance of SAS.

Core Economic Mechanisms:

The ESX leverages three key mechanisms to establish an autonomous, automated global exchange for tradable expertise: SAS-AM (Auto-Matching), SAS-SA (Smart-Assembling), and SAS-CR (Crowd-Reasoning).

This system is engineered to foster symbiotic Human-AI partnerships, aiming for threefold contributions: transforming economic interactions within the EaaS field (Economic Vision), advancing a cross-cultural, interdisciplinary collaborative society (Societal Vision), and ultimately enabling the sustainable augmentation of humanity through AI (Humanistic Vision).

Research Methodology

A rigorous Design Science Research (DSR) methodology forms the backbone of this study. It integrates:

Participatory Action Research (PAR) with AI playing an active role as a participant and intervention stakeholder.

Generative Agent-Based Modeling Simulation (GABMS) for exploring system dynamics and testing economic mechanisms.

Human-AI Triangulation (HAT) for comprehensive validation.

Research Contributions

This research delivers significant contributions across three dimensions:

Contextual Contribution:

Introduces AI-Native Entrepreneurship (AINE) as an operational paradigm for an autonomous, globally scalable Economy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model.

Conceptual Contribution:

Presents the Symbiotic Accord System (SAS) as a foundational blueprint for human-AI co-creation, grounded in robust economic principles and designed to foster symbiotic interaction.

Methodological Contribution:

Pioneers an integrated, AI-centric research approach—PAR-GABMS-HAT—for investigating and constructing sophisticated human-AI systems within rapidly evolving domains.

Key Findings

The findings demonstrate the potential of SAS and its application in the ESX to significantly enhance efficiency, foster verifiable trust, and democratize access within the global expertise market. This endeavor charts a course toward a symbiotic future, inviting scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to collectively advance a vision of a transformed global entrepreneurial economy, a more collaborative global society, and a sustainable augmentation of human capabilities through AI, embodying the "An Attaché for every human" foresight.
